Mirror networks and memory recall

Abstract
This article investigates the computational problem of storage and recall of memories from the perspective of the mind-memory complex together with mirror structures. Two kinds of mirror structures are reviewed: those in neural networks and others between them and methylation processes in DNA, which sets up a complementary relationship with the information stored in brain circuits. A processing framework is provided in which the mind operates as a window on reality, with separate mirroring circuits for storage and recall. This existence of reflection opens the possibility of recursion, which is a fundamental characteristic of awareness.
