Exclusive License to Publish: Upon acceptance, authors grant Neural Press an exclusive, irrevocable license to format, typeset, and distribute their research.

Default Licensing : The final article is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Under this exclusive publisher license, authors are strictly prohibited from hosting or archiving the final typeset PDF on commercial platforms (including ResearchGate and Academia.edu).

Funder Compliance Exception: In cases where an author's research funding mandate strictly requires a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), that specific license will be applied to the text. Alternative Licensing Arrangements

Authors requiring compliance with institutional, governmental, or funding-body open-access mandates may apply, upon manuscript acceptance, for publication under an alternative Creative Commons license, including CC BY, subject to approval by Neural Press and any applicable publication policies.
