The Licensing: All works published are protected under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 International License. Authors retain copyright but grant the Neural Press an exclusive, irrevocable license to publish.

The Compliance Clause: Publication is strictly contingent upon the execution of a signed Copyright Transfer and Compliance Forms.
